Our Story
Here at Route 1-1, we are collectors and gamers first. My passion for gaming started since before I can remember. Growing up with a Sega Genesis and playing Sonic the Hedgehog, to playing Super Mario Bros. at my cousin's house, or even picking up a Game Boy Color for the first time and playing my very first Pokémon game.
My fondest memory was back in the Christmas of 1998 when my parents gifted me a Nintendo 64 with a copy of Super Smash Bros. Like many of us, my journey started with a few games that allowed us to take those first steps into gaming.
Our Mission
Which is why Route 1-1 exists today. Inspired by Pokémon's very first steps in Route 1 and playing our very first Mario Bros. game in the infamous World 1-1, I felt it was fitting to have a name that is all about beginnings and new adventures.
My love for gaming and collecting has been a great part of my childhood, and I turned those memories into a passion that lets me share those moments with my kids and my family. Now I want to share those moments with you all. Welcome to Route 1-1 Gaming and Collectibles.
